Food that brings people together, just as it was meant to.
From Our Roots to Your Table
Dagiya (pronounced dah-kee-ya) was created by two Colorado locals, born to Korean immigrants, who dreamed of sharing authentic Korean fried chicken with the community. The name combines "dak" (닭), meaning chicken in Korean, and "jah-kee-ya" (자기야), a loving term meaning "darling." This represents our mission to bring a personal, heartfelt experience with every dish we serve.
A True Taste of Korean Culture
Not just serving food; we’re sharing a piece of our heritage. Our menu features crispy, flavorful fried chicken paired with traditional sides and sauces that stay true to Korean cooking. Each dish is prepared with care, reflecting the love and attention we have for our culture, and we're proud to introduce these authentic flavors to our community.
Why We Stand Out
Dagiya is unique because we focus on offering an authentic experience without the premium cost. Unlike many Korean-inspired restaurants, we wanted to keep things casual, approachable, and affordable, just as you’d find in Korea. The combination of high-quality ingredients, time-tested recipes, and our relaxed atmosphere sets us apart as a welcoming spot for everyone.
